At Learnhao, we strive to provide high-quality digital courses. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is necessary. This policy outlines when and how refunds are granted.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • The course is inaccessible due to technical issues on our platform.
  • The course description was misleading or significantly different from the actual content.
  • The student made an accidental duplicate purchase.

Refund requests must be made within 3 days of purchase.


2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The student completed a significant portion of the course.
  • The refund request is made after 3 days from the purchase date.
  • The reason is a change of mind or lack of engagement.
  • The course was purchased during a special promotion (unless legally required).

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, students must:

  2. Provide a reason for the request.
  3. Allow up to 7 business days for review and processing.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.


4. Instructor Payout Adjustments

If a refund is granted, the instructor’s earnings for that sale will be deducted from their next payout.
